PLAYER COMPARISON: Dejuan Blair
UNDENIABLE SKILL: Passing
STRENGTHS: Williams has exceptional passing abilities and a great feel for the game. He frequently makes jaw dropping dimes over double teams and can serve as a team’s facilitator from inside the arc. Williams exhibit great mental processing of the game by dissecting defenses with his ability to distribute the ball to teammates. Williams also has a lethal drop step he uses on the low block. He has the unique ability to play with power and toughness and finish with finesse. He has great touch around the rim. Plays tough. Does well rebounding in his area.
CONCERNS: Williams doesn’t really play over the rim. His lateral movement could stand to be improved. He can find himself in foul trouble by not playing sound position defense. May struggle guarding in space. He may be more of an old school power forward.
