The Nano is Reebok’s training shoe and has been since CrossFit made a flat, wide, stable platform a requirement rather than a preference. The X4 keeps the Lift and Run Chassis under the heel — firm where you load, forgiving where you move — and a Flexweave upper that holds the foot through lateral work without the collapse you get from a running mesh.
