What happens if I forget to unsubscribe?
Unfortunately, you will be charged another month until cancelation is made.
How can I keep a player card visible to the public?
All player cards are not open to the public. In order to have a player card open, you must have a Gold Pass subscription.
How do I update information on a player card?
At the bottom of every player card, there is a section to update information. Follow the instructions listed, any information added will be validated and updated.
What is the difference between a Basic story and a Gold story?
Some information is difficult to come by. Having a Gold subscription allows you to view exclusive access to these stories that we deem more valuable.

Why don't I see a player's name listed?
All players may not be ranked. If you don’t see a player’s name, use the search feature on the RUN sports website to locate the player. If unsuccessful, please email us: sales@therunsports.com to have a player card created.
Can a player move in rankings?
Yes, players are ranked according to their performance. Generally, the RUNu00a0sports updates rankings on a monthly basis.
