Can I unsubscribe?

You may unsubscribe at any point. You also have the option of pausing your membership and starting again when the time is right for you.

How can I keep a player card visible to the public?

Not all player cards are open to the public. There are two ways to have a player card open. One is being ranked in the The RUN Sports Top 25 in any graduating class. The second is to subscribe to The RUN Sports Player Card membership.

How do I update information on a player card?

In your account page, you can update any field on the page. Allow 48 hours for the page to update.

Can a player move up or down in rankings?

Yes, players are ranked according to their performance. Generally, the RUN sports updates rankings on a monthly basis.

How can the RUN Sports be contacted?

Why don't I see a player's name listed?

There could be a multiple of reasons why a player is not listed. You may have to search for the player on the site. If you still having trouble locating the player, the simplest answer is that we may not know about the about the player. Email us if you believe we have left someone out of you rankings sales@therunsports.com.
